PTFE Membranes:

PTFE film is a kind of material coated with PTFE resin on superfine glass fabric.

Materials Characteristics:

1. High strength.

   PTFE membrane materials has high strength, medium strength PTFE membrane thickness is only 0.8 mm, but its tensile strength has reached the level of steel, and its elastic modulus is low, which is conducive to the formation of complex surface modeling of the film;

2. Wide Range Temperature

   It can be used in a wide range of temperatures, ranging from - 70 ℃~230 ℃.

3. It has unique optical properties: strong light becomes natural mild light during the day time, preventing glare, shadowless and uniform distribution of light; almost no ultraviolet radiation penetrates, preventing the fading of interior decorative materials and equipment; high reflectivity makes the room have excellent lighting effect in the night, reducing power consumption.

4. Good self-cleaning ability

   Rainwater can wash away the attachments on the surface;

5. High transmittance

   13% transmittance, 73% thermal reflectance and very little thermal absorption.

6. Long term service life

   The service life is more than 25 years.
